Processing Time All orders are processed within 7–11 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. 

Order Verification All sneakers are authenticated and inspected before shipment. This process may add 1–2 business days to your processing time.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your contact email]. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
